The Kick it 3V3 Soccer tournament has been running for 23 years and is the largest national grassroots soccer tournament in all of the US. Annual Children’s Film Festival: Wacky Wednesday at the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art

Each Wednesday in June and July the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art showcases children’s animated and short films in their auditorium for Wacky Wednesday. This is a wonderful way to get out of the summer heat and expose your kids to the art of film. Additionally, families have the chance to create art in the museum’s drop-in studio and look through the special exhibitions, such as the Art of the Video Game.

Drag Racing: Midnight Madness

Join in on the fun at Memphis International Raceway for a bit of racing madness. Midnight Madness takes place once a month in the city’s drag strip. You can just enjoy the show or bring your own street vehicle to race through the drag strip. If you have a motorcycle, car, or truck worth displaying, then you can do so at the drag strip’s car show. Celebration of the King: Elvis Week

You live in the hometown of the King of Rock n Roll, so it is only fitting that you celebrate him with Elvis Week. For a week every August, thousands of the King’s fans pour into Graceland to celebrate his work and life.
